Alleged Murderer Shot Dead BR0THERS AVENGE SISTER (Received 22, 10.40 a.m.) SHELBYVILLE (Kentucky), Sept. 21.-Brigadier-General Henry Denhardt, the well-known politician and soldiei\ whose trial on a charge of murdering Mrs. Yera Taylor, his fiancee, two months ago aroused national interest, was shot dead by three asailants while strolling down a street with his attorney. It i6 believed that members of the woman's family took revenge in the fashion typical of the Kentucky feudists. . The jury at the first trial was unable to reach a verdi'ct. A trial was sclieduled for to-day. The assailants were captured, and the authorities later announced that it was Mrs. Tnylor 's three brothers who were arrested.
