Japan Still Not Bidding at Sydney (Received 21, 8.45 a.m.) SYDNEY, Sept. 20. At the wool saies 8414 bales were offered and 5590 sold, also 955 privately. The market, compared with the last Sydney series, was from par to 5 per cent. lower^ chiefly on best descriptions. Irregularity on faulty and inferior wopls was stjll in evidence, Competition was mainly from Yofk* shire and the Continent, tnere being no Japanese bidding. The top price was 22d.
