For all South Island offices, including offices served by tbe new Nelson-Grey-moutb-Hokitika service commencing February 23, 1937, Mails close at 6 p.m. daily except Sunday. Letters must bear special air cnail postage and bo speeially marked. The following rates apply: — (1) For delivery within the Dominion, 2d per oz. (Postage and air fee combined).
