IDLE AND DISORDERLY
Man Found Sleeping in Outhouse "He had been in the Old People 's Home, but he wouldu't stay there," said' Senior-Sergeant W. Pender in the Napier Magistrate's Court this morning when Michael Egan, labourer, aged 61, appeared before Mr J. Miller, S.M., on a charge. of being an idle and diiorderly person in that he had insufficient lawful means of support. He was remanded until Friday. The senior-sergeant stated that ae* cmsed had been arrested when sleeping in an outhouse. • "Mr Bedford is interested and he i> trying to get a place for him/' he stated.
