HARRIER RACING
The annual cross-country contest between tlie Wanganui and Napier Harrier Clubs took place under ideal conditions. A distance of 10,000 metres was covered, starting from the Marewa camping ground. The contest resulted in a draw, each club gaining 68 points. Tbe winner wa-, K. Johnston, of the Wanganui Club, who ran a very fine race, finisliiug oiglit seconds ahead of L.
