TOUCHING S.O.S. APPEAL
Effort to Save Twins' Lives (Eeceived 20. 11.50 a.m.) LONDON, Sept. 19. A most touehing S.O.S. broadcast last night appealed for human milk for new-born twins at Wells, Norfolk, whose mother was unabie to feed them. A Chelmsford woman answered the ap« peal, her husband raeing her. 90 miles in a car, but she arrived too late. Onfi baby died an hour after arrival and the second early this morning.
