CHEMICAL WARFARE?
Apparatus for China JAPANESE ALLEGATION (Eeceived 20, 8.45 a.m.) TOKIO, Sept. .18. The Domei News Agency declares that the authorities are giving serious attention to the large quantities of chemical warfare apparatus which is being imported by China from Europe, especially Eussia. This suggests that the Chinese are going to resort to gas warfare.
