Napier Park Racing Club Miss I. F1PPARD APPOINTED Th© new seeretary of tbe Napier Park Racing Club is Miss I. Fippard, of Hastings. Miss Fippard was appointed from a field of 20 applicants to succeed Mr J. E. Gleadow, whose retirement from office was reeently announced. For some 11 years Miss Fippard was associated with tlie Hawke's Bay District Racing Comniittee and the Hawke's Bay Jockey Club under the former seeretary, Mr H. S. Moss, and was also, for a time, associated with the Hawke's Bay Trotting Club under Mr A. E. Palmer. It is Miss Fippard' s intention to open up offices iu Napier to establisli a new lieadquarters for tlie raciug club.
