RUGB, Sept.- 16. The British steamship Gibel Zerwon took the first party of refugees from Valeneia to Marseilles to-day. Altogether about 4000 persons who have been sheltering in vaxious foreign embassies and legations at Madrid since the early stage of tho hostilities in Spain will'be evncuatecL,
