■ WELLINGTON, This Day, "The administration of the Government has been on orthodox lines," said Mr E. L. Cullen (Government, Hawke's Bay), when speaking in the Address-in-Eeply debate in the House of Represntativcs yesterday. Diseussing the Government 's proposals for taking over freight transport services, Mr Cullen said that practically SO per cent. of tbe lorry owners wero insolvent.
