TREASON PLOT
Finnish Group Executed JUSTIGE IN KARELIA (Received 17, 9.30 a.m.) ■MOSCOW, Sept. 16. It is announced that a group of Finns occupying leading posts in the Karelia Republic, bordering on Finland, have been executed. Seeret police allege that the Finns crossed the frontier disguised as Communist refugees, under instructions from the German Intelligence Department, and organised an infantry brigade which. in the event of war, would seize Karelia and cut olf the etrategic Kolsky Peninsula and the Murmansk Railway.
