WELLINGTON, This Day. Albert J. G. Kempton, who was sentenced to three months' imprisonmeixt by Judge Smltli yesterday on a charge of failing to stop after the collision of his lorry with a passenger bus in the Wairarapa, to-day applied for leave to appeal.
