MAX FACTOR'S TEN RULES FOR BEAUTY

Since 1909, Max Factor bas been Hollywood's leading exi>3rt on inakeup and beauty aids. Ho bas formulated tbe following ten rules for beauty(1) . Cleanliness is not only "next to godliness /' it is tbe baso of all beauty. (2) Seek to accentuate your own personai cbarm. Do not pirate tbe appearance of your neigbbour or that of some screen stai-„ (3) 'Analyse your own natural complexion colourings and govern yourself accordingly in selectiug make-up tints.
