"THE INVISIBLE RAY" TO-NIGHT. A spectacular and genuinely thrilling 01011011 picture. "The Invisible Ray," a Universal drama, screens at the Hastings Muuicipal Theatre to-night. KarlofiE and Bela Lugosi, two of the screen 's most sinister ligures, are eo-starred again in this reniarkable picture, which combines mystery and startling adventure with a depiction of scientifie marvels not yet actualiy accomplished by experimentors. Later he discovers a substanco a thbusand times more powerful than radium, and loosos it on his cnemies before an accident linally makes liim a victim of his own ruthlessness. "The Invisible Bay" was directed by Lambert Hillyer, and the cast appearing in support of KarlolJ and Lugosi includes Frank Lnwton, Frances Drake, Walter KingifoJd, Beulah Bondi and Violet Eenwrte Cooper.
