AUCKLAND, Last Night. Strong criticism of the proposal to eliminate thp faetor of negligence in third-party insurance claims, as suggested recently by the Minister of Justice, the Hon. H. G. R. Mason, was made at a meeting of the Couneil of the Antomobile ^Association (Auckland). It was decidod to request tlie manager of the North Isiand Mofor Union Insurance Co. to make stremi■ous objection to the suggested legislation.
