JJOTIUE IS HEEEBY G1VEN that the Court of Arbitration has as from the 20th day of September, 1937, extended the Female Dentists Assistants Award dated 13th November, 1936, so as to join and bind as parties thereto all industrial unions, industrial associations and employcrs not already bound thereby or parties thereto but connected with or engaged in the industry to which the award applies in the area co'sered by the award; but oxcluding any industrial' union, industrial association or eniployer covered by any other existing award or industrial agrecment insofar as such award or industrial agrecment relates to work covered by the award. Any such union, association or emjjloyer may wiihin oue ruonth after the lirst-mentioned date apply through me to the Court of Arbitration for total or partial exemption from the said award, but such union, association or emplover will require to conforrn to the said award pending the decision of the Court. .
