MONTAGUE REVUE
The Bertram Montaguo Revue Company, which has been brought to New Zealand by Sir Benjamin Fuller, will open its season at tlie Municipal Theatre, Hastings . next Monday. The lirst production of the coropany will be "Lel's Go l'laces," a presentaliou which eontains all tho ingredients 110ccssary for popularity. Many briiliant performers will be seon in rlxis combination, which had an amazing success at London, and the original producer, Mr Lewis Mark, is travelling With tho stars to produce the show in New Zealand. One of the principal performers will be the English comedian, George Doonan. He is well known in the West End as a famous representative of the modern school of "dress-suit" comedians. The leading lady and comcdienne will be charming Barbara Vernon, a young American actress who made a remarlcable personal success in the name part of "No, No, Nanette," when that musical comedy was revived at the London Hippodrome last year. One of the most original and fascinating aets ever to be seen on this side of th-c world is the Darmora ballet of 12 boautiful Huugaruin gir's, bringing with them all their own eostumes, which are estimated to be worth £160,000. Other performers will bo Tlie Two Rogiies, comcdy spec-ialty act, and Jiuuny Jewell and Ben Harris, Lnglish comedians. There will also
