DANNEVIRKE, Sept. 14. Sir Francis Frazcr, chairman of the Executive Commissic of Agriculture, met the suppliers of the Tipapakuku Dairy Compauy yesterday and discussed various matters, particularly in regard to guaranteed prices, zoning and local mar. .etiug. There was a very fuR attendance, Mr. H. Frcdrickson, chairman of directors, presiding. ! There was a very full and general \ discussion (to which the Press was not i .admitted), and numerous questions were asked of (Sir Francis Frazer and also by Sir Francis. As a result of negotiations, the Norsewood Dairy Company, Ltd., had offered a cor Ideration for the good*..-u of the ^actory, and the transfer of tne license, which offer wa3 accepted at yestercay'. meoting. The meetirg apprcciated the visit -f Sir Francis, and a hearty vote of thanks was accordcd him for the valuable informatioff given, the motion being proposed by the chairman and carried by acclamation. An extraordinary general meeting of members of the company has been convened for Tuesday, October 5, at 8 p.m., in the office of the secrctary, Mr. S. T. Paviour-Smith, for the purpose of considering tho following^business: To propose as a special resolutiou, "That the company be wound up voluntarily, " and if the said .roposal is carried, "To consider the app intment of a liquidator of the company, and if thought fit to fix his remi'neration.'" Any shareholder who is unable to attend may appoiut a proxy, which must be complcted and deposil at the offico of the company not less than 48 hours bofore the timo for the holding of the meeting. .......
