(Eeceived 15, 10.20 a.m.) OANBBBRA, Sept. 15. Commenting on the completion of plans for the opening of the air mail service between Australia and New Zealand, Sir Archdale Parkhill said that the Federal Ministry was awaiting an invitation from the New Zealand Government for the first meeting of the proposed operating company, As soon as New Zealand fixed tlie date for the meeting, the Australian Government would appoint its representatives.
