A broadcast from Oviedo based on the disclosures of refugees from Gijon, the last important town in Northern Spain not yet taken by the rebels, alleges that Bellamino Tomas, Communist dictator, imprisoned 3000 people, mainly old men, women and children, membcrs of anti-Marxist families, on liulks moored to munition dumps at Port Musel. Scveral were killed in an aerial bonibardment. The reign of terror at Gijon is daily becoming intengified. The non-surrend-er element is in fnll charge and is roundiiig-up all moderates.
