(By Telegraph-

(Eeceived 15 > 8.45 a.m.) NUREMBERG, Sept. 14. On the eve of the agreement at Nyon on action by the Powers against submarine pirates in the Mediterranean, Herr Hitler launched a fierce attack on Republican Spain when speaking at the Nazi Congress. The Ruhrer, who was addressing the closing session of the congress, said it was ridiculous to regard the Jewish Bolsheviks as the legal Government of. Spain Britain and France. he said, maintained that great interests of tlieirs were involved in Spain, but how Spain was governed did not concern them. They had no more politicai interests in Spain than they had in Germany. Gerinany was horrified of " the possibility of a Russian conquest of Spain. "We refuse to take advice from statesmen lacking our knowledge and experience," said Herr Hitler. He added that, if Spain were Bolshevised, Germany's economic existence would be endangered. The British Empire might regard the future of Spain with indifference, and might even increase her trade with Spain, accepting ptolen gold, but a lasting and solid commercial exchange could not be built up on the activities of thieves and receivers. Germany, stated Herr Hitler, did not desire to play the part of an economic hermit. She was willing to cooperate with all sharing her views on the European situation. "Because we refuse to isolate ourselves, and because we deliver machines to General Franco in exchange for raw materials, the foreigjn Press makes a fuss,'1 Herr Hitler added. "The foreign newspapers are really angry because we have come to an understanding with States governed like ourselves;"
