McArthur Orderea To Pay £19,340 INVESTMENT TRUST ASSETS

WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tho Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, has made a declaration that J. W. S. McArthur was guilty of inisfeasance or breach of trust while a director of the Iuvestment Executive Trust of New Zealand, Ltd., and has ordered that he should contribute £19,340 to the assets of the companv. Costs are fixed at £100 a'nd disbursements. An npplication for a sfcay of execuiion has been stood over, counsel for the Public Trustee undertaking not to proceed to exeeution for 21 days without first obtaining tho leavo of the Court.
