DICTATORSHIP PLOT IMPLICATING GERMANY DISCOVERED IN IRAQ

(Reeeived 14, 10.40 a.m.) BAGDAD, Sept. 13. A plot has been discovered to drive out King Ghazi and to establish a republic under Kurdish dictatorship, with German aid. Incriminating documents were allegedly found at the home of Bekir Sidky, who was assassinated on August 12. A former Cabinet chief is alleged to be among those arrested.
