RIBBENTROP TO RETURN TO GERMANY
(Reeeived 14, 12.30 p.m.) NUREMBERG, Sept. 13. As the result of week-end diseussions between Herr Hitler and his principal
advisers, Herr von Ribbentrop may be recalled from London, deelares tho Daily Telegraph's special correspondent. Herr von Ribbentrop would replaco Dr. Meissner^ head of Herr Hitler Ch'ancellery, who has been tho righthand man of every German President. It is thought tliat Dr. Meissner would cither be retired or given a new offlce. Herr van Hassell, Ambassador at Rome, is expected to replaco Herr von Ribbentrop in London. Herr von Papen. who is finding life «uncomfortable in Vienna, will go to Rome.
