- WELLINGTON, Last Night. Fixtures lor tho Court of Appeal and the Full Court wero made this morning ! before the Ohief Justice, Sir Michaei Myers, and Justices Ostler, Smith, Johnston and Fair. Before tho making of fixtures the death' of Mr. Justico Adams was brought to the notice of the Bench and Bar by Sir Michaei Myers. Tributes were paid by the Chief Justice. and by tho Solicitor-General, Mr. H. H. Cornish, on behalf of tho AttorneyGeneral, by Mr. G. G. G. Watson foi the New Zealand Law Society, and Mr P. B. Cooke*, M.C., on behalf Qf tbo Wellington District Law Society. Sir Michaei intimated that after the fixtures had been mado tbe Court would adjourn as a. mark of respect until to-morrow morning.
