Mr Morgan says that he saw disguised Gerxnaix submarines in a Spanisfi rebel pox-t. He says: "We eutered Huelva on July 19. A few days later four submarines. U 23, 25, 35 anci 36. arrived. L saw thexn the day they left, They had their identilication marbs eoncealed with grey pamt, while tbe large letters on the conning towers had been replaced by black canvas numbers, which could be easily removed. A Valencia message reports that two mystery submarines off Cartagena were tired. on by coast batteries. It is believed that oue was sunk, Divers havo heen sent out to invcstigate. A message from Palma says that the insurgent destroyer Canarias captured the Britisli oil tanker Ormford, which tormerly was Greek-owned
