Forced Doors, Disorderedt Rooms LITTLE PROFIT FOR TROUBLE

WELLINGTON, Last Night. Burglars gained entry into the premises of A. S. Paterson and Co., Ltd., Hutcheson, Wilson and Co., Ltd., and other occupants of their buildings in Lower Cuba street some time bofore half-past seven to-night. They left numerous signs of their activities in forced doors and disordered rooms but investigation by the police and members of the lirms ■ concerned revealed that the intrnders had little profit for their trouble. Other oifiees visited were thoee of Ilott, Ltd., in Hutchinson, Wilson and Co. 's building and in the other building those of Wiggins, Teape and Alex Pirie (Export), Ltd., and W. D. and H. O. | Wills (N.Z.), Ltd. (saies branch),
