State medical experts, after testing spinal fluid from nine liabitual criminals, at the county gaol, are convinced of , the existence of a previously-un-known disease stimulating criminal tendencies, The experts have issued a statement to the effect that if further investigalions bear out their tkeory it may be possible to evolve a remedy. They recommend that tests of criminals througliout the United States should be made.
