H.B. SPRING SHOW
With the spring there comes to ilawke's Bay always the Hawke's Bay spring show, which ie the carnival of tho year as far as this province is concerned. As a stock show it holds a leading place amongst the agricultural shows of the Dominion, but it has so many other attractions for young and old that it has become the common meeting gronnd npon which town and eonntry people gather and forge anew the enduring chain of -friendships and pleasant associations. This year'a show promiBes to be equal to the best that havo been ^een in the past. New blood has been introduced into several of the studs and herdst and the quality of the stock is likely to be higher than ever. The recent rain too has had such a beneficial effect thar, all stock are likely to be in tip-top condition. The valuable pri7Q money offered, and the large nunilier of fme trophies ^houlcl induco Iargi! untries.
