Mr P. F. Theron, a member of the staff of the South Affic'an Legatioh in Rorne, has been awarded a medal "For Yalour in Sport" by Signor Mussoliui, for his services to Italian Kugby football. He is the trainer and a member of the Roman Rugby team, which this year won the championship of Italy. A letter bearing postage stamps of four Kings — Edward VII., George V., ifdward VJH., and George VI. — has been received by Mr E. Yellis, of Wilstead, Bedfordshire.
