WELLINGTON, Last Night* The acting-consul fof Spaih in Australia has called to the colours 411 Spaniards nbw permanently or ternporarily residing in. New Zealand who would have been liable for military service in tlie yeai's 1931. to 1936. The authority i'or tliis communication is "Circiilar 24 dated June 2l."
