GERMANY'S "NOBEL PRIZES"

(Received 8, 1.40 p.in.) BERLIN, Sept. 7. The national prizes substituted for the Nobel Rrize have been awarded and Ludwig Trost, architect, who died last year, and Dr Alfred Rosenburg, best exponeiit of the Nazi philosophy. The tliifd prize is divided between tbe surgeons Abgust Bier and Professor Eerdniald Sauerbrucli. Eourth prize goes to the exploier AVilhelm Eilscher, who was recelltly released by captors in Clliinese Turkestan.
