QUIET WEDDING IN HASTINGS RECENTLY
MORSE — HALL
At St. Mattliews Ckurcb, Hastings, a quiet wtdding was solemnised on Tliursday afternoon, wlien Jean Margaret, youngest daughter of Mrs M. Hall, of Whakatu, was united in holy matrimony to Ealph Truxton (Bob), eldest son of Mr and -Mrs lialph Morse, of Gisborne. The bride looked ckarniing in a navy biuo tailored costume, navy toque with eye-veil, and matching uccessories. Sho wore a handsome stole and carried a bouquet of freezias, hyacinths and .uii uenuair fern. A jolly reception was held at the home of the bride 's sister, Mr S. Andrews, where the drawing-room was deeorated with pink and white blossom. The hostess received the guests aua wore a model frock of angora tweed. The bride 's mother, Mrs M. Hali wore a smartly tailored ensemble with hat to tone. Mrs R. Morse, the bridegroom 'b mother, wore a fur coat over her charming navy frock, and ' a navy toque. Tho good wishos of their many friends were extended to the young coupie who later in the afternoon left for a short honeymoon.
