"WAR NEITHER IMMINENT NOR INEVITABLE"
(Received 7 11.5 a.m.) ~ SYDNEY, Sept. 6. Mr Arthur Henderson, the British M.P., who arrived at Sydney en route to attend the National Peace Congress at Melbourne ag British and European delegate, expre-ssed the opinion that wai was neither imminent nor inevitable.
