IVORY PEBBLE SATIN FOR BRIDE'S GOWN
hansen — proctor The wedding took place at the Methodist Church, Dannevirke, of Harry Thomas, youngest son of Mr and Mrs Louis Proctor, Foxton, and Edith Eileen, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs Victor Hansen, Dannevirke. The Rev. A. E. Waite officiated ,and Mrs L. Bell was the organist. Mr and Mrs Proctor' s future home will be in Hastings. The bride, who was given away by her father, wore a frock of ivory pebble satin, finished with small satin buttons down the back and a long fiowing train and a beautifully embroidered veil. Her bouquet was a sheaf of lilies, with hyacinths, and maiden hair fern. Tlie bridesmaids were the Misses , Kathleen and Doreen Hansen, sisters of the bride, who wore frocks of powder biue satin beaute, witb silver head bands, shoes and belt. They carried shower houquets of spring flowers with maiden hair fern. The bridegroom's presents to the bridesmaids were diamante braeelets. Mr Sam Hodge, of Palmerston was best man, and Mr Glen Small, of Foxton the groomsman. After the ceremony a reception was lield at which the guests were received by tlie bride' s mother who wore a navy costume with pale blue blouse and matching hat and coat, with black accessories. When the happy couple left for their honeymoon tour, Mrs Proctor travelled in a navy silk frock, with navy hat, coat, and accessories to tone.
