WELLINGTON, Last Night. Mr. E. V. Paul, accountaut of the Governmeiit Priuting Offiee, has been appointed Government Printer in succession to Mr. G. H. Loney, who recently retired. Mr. Paul is 47 years of age. He joined the Public Service in 1907 as a nieniber of the staff of the State Advances Oifice. In 1919 he was appointed assistaut-aceountant in the Public Trust, and in 3927 he was appointed accountaut to the Government Printing Offiee.
