(Recoived 6, 9. 40 a.m.) TEGTJCIGALPA (Honduras), Sept. 5. Relations betAvccn Nicaragua and Honduras are gravely imperilled owing to a dispute oyer a recent Nicaraguaji postagt stamp which bears an engraved map of Nicaragua allgedly inoluding a section of Honduras 's territory. Honi uras protested, and Nicaragua coldly retorted: "It portrays the official map of Nicaragua." The Honduras wpath is approaching detonation point, and Nicaraguan residents have threatcned a large number of Hondurans with repatriation. Meetings are being held throughout Honduras demanding war. A students' manifesto proclaimc: "A decisive moment in our history has arrived. We can break faith with future generations or fight against dismemberment of the ."..therland."
