INVEKCAKGILL, Last Night. The South Island badn linton championships wero completed to-night, the linals resulting as follow: — Men's eiugles. — W. Strang (Invercargill) beat H. Dlllon (Dunedin), 7 — 15, 15—4, 15—7. _ Women 's singles. — Mrs. E. Salisbury (Invercargill) beat Miss J. Emslie (Dunedin), 11 — 8^ 11 — 0. Men's doubles. — W. Strang and J. Braitliwaito (Invercargill) beat R. Mc(Jallam and J. Dunno (ifivercargill), 15—10, 13—15, 18—17. The women 's doubles hnal was won by Mrs. E. Salisbury and Miss C. Eonald (Invercargill).
