SOVIET PLANES AND PILOTS FOR CHINA
(Received 3, 1.40 p.m.) TOKIO, Sept. 2. The Japanese spokesnian states that 70 Soviet aeroplanes have arrived at Shensi for the Chinese Communists and that 144 more are en routo. Also, 16 Russian pilots have arrived.
