Delegate Blames Britain STIR AT UNION CONFERENCE

WELLINGTON, Last Night. "While we are strongly opposed to wars of aggression, we cannot chan.ee our securit.y until the objects of the Leagjue have been attained," said the ltev. T. J. Usher, Wellington, at the New Zealand League of Natxons Union Oonference to-day, when a remit urging the Government to make an increased contribution to the cost of the Imperial Navy and Hoyal Air Force, tlxus strengthening Britain.' s position as chief supporter of the .
