Harbour Crowded With Ships (Beceived 2, 1.45 p.m.) HONGKONG, Sept. 2. Considerable lo&s of life is feared as the resuit of a typhoon which struck Hongkong at 2 a.m. on Thursday local time. Tke harbour was crowded with sliipping, iucluding shelterers from the Japanese blockado. Heavy damage is reported to the steamer Onlee, which piled up. The Qovernment tug Kausing is missing. Muuy Chinese watermen were rescued frQpi the harbour.
