NEW PLYMOUTH, Last Night. The claims of New Plymouth as the logical New Zealand terminal for tEe trans-Tasman air service are strongly advanced by the New Plymouth Borough Council in a letter to the Minister of Finance. The advantages of the airport are stressed from sevefal aspeets, including meteorological conditions, proximity to Sydney, distribution centre, size of aerodrome, and excellent approaches.
