The seat is of shadow check Asia blue silk, patterned in pink, grey and yellow flowers, and the flounce of all-silk crepe impresse, showing fifteen colours combined in a floral design on a white ground. The little dog is of matt sheer in the new sweet potato-ycllow colour, patterned in brown. The vase is fashioned from pigeon-down crepe, showing dancing flowers in gay colours. Dancing flowers are also seen in red, blue and yellow on a navy ground in the conventional flower second from the right at the top of the picture. The popular Bayadere print, with stripes of flowers running horizontally in the material, is seen in the petals of thc large conventional flower. Tlje Bayadere shows autumn-toned flowers on a navy ground. The lowest petal of the big flower is made of pique sheer cord with red, blue and white bell flowers on a navy ground.
