\ Fund Suggested BRl'SBANE Aug. 224. -a public meeting at 'Eoekhampton decided to reeommend to the Prime Minister, Mr. J. A Lyons, that, to give every wireless licensee an opportunity of recognising the benefits conferred by Marchese Marconi, one shilling should be added to the next licenee fee. It was suggested tliat a monument should be erected at Canberra, and that several international scholarsliips should be established with the fund.
