Calder, £1 19/6, costs £1 II/-; The Sunshine Brewery Co., Ltd. v. J. Murphy, £5 18/6, costs £1 10/6; Napier Borough Council v. Ellen Englebretsen, £16 l'2/9 costs £3 2/-; C. R. Stevens and Sons v. O. Orbell, £2 5/6, costs £1 7/6; Williams and Creagh, Ltd. v. Johnson Confectionery and Manufacturing Co., Ltd., £11 9/9, costs £2 H/-; J. W. Dumble v. C. T. Luxon, £4 9/6, costs £1 5/6. On a judgment summons, Jack Murphy was ordered to pay C. B. Stevens and Sons £8 forthwith, with 15/6 costs, in default nine days' imprisonment; R. Dunbar to pay F. G. Shaw £4 8/11 forthwith, in default fivo days' imprisonment.
