Baking Industry With only one dissentient voice, the Auckland Bakers ' Association decided at a special meeting to reject the proposal to place the baking industry witbin the scope of the efficiency plan. The meeting was attended by bakers from all parts ot the province. The folLowiiiy motion was carried: "Having considered the proposed plan submitted b^ the New Zealand executive to the trade, members of the Auckland Association unhesitatingly reject this plan, and oppqse any scliome that will briug the baking industry under the proviaions of the lndustrial Efficiency Act. "
