That's what Paramount has done in its 'newest comedy, '' Hotel HaywTre," which screens to-night at the Cosy Theatre. The slot machine racket operating in a, big city forms the plot of Paramount 's "ICing of Gamblers," which is the second feature at the Cosy Theatre. The cast is headed by Claire Trevor, Lloyd Nolan and Akim Tamiroff. "Tbe Tenth Man," which screens at the Cosy Theatre to-morrow, is the story of a ruthless magnate's amazing muritai, financial and political adventures, based on his belief that "Nine rnen out of ten are either knaves or fools." With this cynical motto engraved deep on his heart, he buccaneers his way through life, immensely successful at everything be undertakes from finance to politics.
