The Hawke's Bay inspectors under the Noxious Weeds Act notify all occupiers of land on which any noxious weed is growing that they must at once take steps to clear the land of such noxious weeds as variegated or milk thistle before October 31, 1937, and of any other noxious weeds before December 31, 1937, or they are liable to prosecution without further notice.
