JAPAN DELAYS DECISION
Investigation on the Spot (Received 28, 11.30 a.m.) TOKIO, Aug. 27. The' vice-Ministfer of Foreign Affairs called on the British Embassy and expressed most sincere sympathy concerning the attack on Sir Hughe Knatchbull•Hugossoh. Cabinet has consjdered the incident and delayed decision on the measures it will take pending the rosults of an investigation by authoritios on the spot.
