ENGINE ROOM ARTIFIOER. — 1 vacancy for 12 years' continuous service, Age limits for candidates applying during present year 19J1 to 24 years. Candidates must be competent at one of the foilowing trades: — Fitter, Fitter and Turner, Coppersmith, Boilermaker or Enginesmith. They will be required to pass a technical examination and trade test ptior to entry. Those who hold a 2nd Class Engineer's Board of Trade cortiiicate will be accepted without technieal examination.
